Application Process
In order to qualify for any rental:
- A one-time application fee of $40 per applicant is required, this applies to any adult in the home over the age of 18.
- Credit, Criminal Background, & Eviction Screening are required as part of the application process.
- Residents must have a combined GROSS INCOME (before taxes) of 3x the monthly rent. For

- Credit, Criminal Background, & Eviction Screening are required as part of the application process.
- Residents must have a combined GROSS INCOME (before taxes) of 3x the monthly rent. For example: If rent is $500 per month, Household gross income of adult lease holders must be a MINIMUM of $1500.00 ($500 x 3 = $1500)
- We are unable to accept HUD or Section 8
- We are unable to accept any Felony Conviction.
