For fastest processing of your application, please review the following application approval guidelines:
- A household minimum gross income of 3x the monthly is required among all leaseholders
- All application fees are $50 per application
- Residents will provide, at minimum, Government issues ID, most recent bank statement, proof of income

- A minimum average credit score of 580 is required
- Rental Reference Required (additional deposit options available if no rental history, ***conditions apply***)
- We are unable to accept felony convictions currently
- We are unable to accept HUD or Section 8 at this time
